Farmer and Chef South presents a book talk and food tasting with The Charlotte Observer food writer and cookbook author, Kathleen Purvis. The dinner, which will be hosted at Posana by Chef Peter Pollay, will be co-hosted by Chef Mike Moore of Seven Sows Bourbon and Larder and Blind Pig, and will include food tastings prepared by the chefs from the cookbook. A free cocktails demo and tasting from Spirt Savvy will be complimentary with your purchased ticket. Casey McKissick will be the featured farmer from Foothills Pasture Raised Meats. Signed cookbooks will be available for sale from Malaprops on-site.
