Recently, Chef Peter Pollay was invited to appear on Carolina Kitchen, WLOS 13’s food segment that features Asheville-area chefs and their favorite recipes. Chef Pollay shared with WLOS viewers three classic Posana Cafe dishes: Fettucine, Local Trout and Root Veggies, and the famous Kale Salad.
