French country wines are the star of this evening’s dinner, complimenting the fresh Spring produce from The Culinary Gardener and the rich, tender meat of Blue Ridge Rabbit.  Our special guests will be Tyson and Julia Waddell, owners of Blue Ridge Rabbit Company, speaking about their farm and the wonderful benefits of this often-overlooked delicacy. As with all of Posana’s wine and food experiences, Advance Sommelier Cara De Lavallade will share her vast wine knowledge.
