Chef Pollay has quickly become the go-to Asheville business owner when it comes to creating and running a “green” business, and he will speak to other Asheville-area residents and business owners as a panelist tomorrow at the Green Energy Forum, presented by the Asheville Chamber of Commerce.
The panel, which also includes Joan Walker of the North Carolina Sustainable Energy Association, and Tim Ballard of the Blue Ridge Sustainability Institute, will speak to attendees about the green energy climate in North Carolina and Western North Carolina. The aim is to provide attendees a snap shot of what it takes to be sustainably responsible, as well as provide insight into the challenges, and point the direction to other valuable resources available in the Asheville and WNC area.
