It’s Recipe Friday! Celebrate Fall this weekend by baking up a batch of Posana’s Sweet Potato Biscuits. Enjoy!

Sweet Potato BiscuitsSweet Potato Biscuits

Feather Light Blend: 7 cups
Brown Sugar: 8 heaping spoons
Baking Powder: 10 tsp
Baking Soda: 2 tsp
Salt to taste

Chilled Cubed Butter: 12 oz

Mashed Roasted Sweet Potatoes: 4 cups
Buttermilk 1 1/3 cups
Roast, peel and mash sweet potatoes
Take #1 ingredients and mix
Cut #2 into #1
Fold in #3, buttermilk to eye

Bake biscuits at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
