pot de creme (1)Looking for something to satisfy your sweet tooth? Try our signature Vegan Pot de Creme, easily customizable with the addition of orange zest, mint extract, coconut, or whatever your heart desires.

Posana’s Vegan Pot de Creme:

3 cans (42 oz) coconut milk
36 oz chocolate
1/4 tsp agar agar
1 tsp vanilla

Heat up coconut milk stovetop on low heat, then add the chocolate. Once melted, add remaining ingredients. Remove from heat and place in individual serving dishes. Refrigerate until set (about 4 hours). Enjoy!
