Join us December 31st for a four-course New Year’s Eve menu featuring several special one-time only creations from our kitchen.  Here is a preview of the menu:

1st Course

White Asparagus Soup
Garlic Croton, Asparagus Tips, Flowers

Carrot Tasting
Confit, Gel, Pave, Frozen, Raw

Smoked Bison Tartare
Quail Egg, Pickles, Apple, Celery, Buttermilk

2nd Course

Endive Salad
Charred Endive, Raw Endive, Goat Cheese,
Preserved Lemon, Sunflower Seed

Beet Salad
Macadamia Nuts, Whipped Ricotta, Honey, Olive Oil

Root Vegetable Salad
Shaved Root Vegetables, Citrus, Petite Greens, Pistachio

3rd Course

Lamb Loin
Parsley, Lemon, Pistachio, Date, Salsify

Duck Breast and Crepenete
Rosemary, Chocolate, Parsnip, Chestnut, Port, Cherry

Prime Sirloin
Buttermilk, Potato, Cipollini Onions, Royal Trumpet,
Sauce Béarnaise

Blood Orange, Marcona Almonds, Cauliflower,
Madras Curry Sauce

4th Course

Chocolate Cremeaux
Chocolate Crunch, Black Pepper Merengue,

The menu will cost $75 per person excluding tax and tip. Wine pairings will be available for an additional $35 per person. Reservations will be staggered throughout the night over three different seatings at 5 pm, 7:30, and 10 pm.
