We actually chose Asheville as our family’s vacation destination based upon a story about Posana Cafe in Living Well Magazine! We were desperate for a vacation where we didn’t have to spend all our time cooking for our daughter’s gluten free needs. We were delighted with the amazing creativity and extensive menu you offered our family! We just couldn’t stop coming back. Our kids got a little embarrassed when we returned every day (sometimes for lunch & dinner on the same day)! We were the table where all 4 of us kept tasting each other’s foods – ha ha. We’ve been eating GF due to celiac disease for 10+ years, and my child had never enjoyed such an amazing array of delicious meals. Her first GF gourmet pancakes and scones were a delight! She felt like a queen, and it was an experience we’ll never forget. For once, she felt like everyone else. Nothing was off limits. She’s never had that feeling when it came to food.
